Hiring for the following schedule:

Sunday: 5a 1p

Monday: Off

Tuesday: Off

Wednesday: Off

Thursday: 5a 1p

Friday: 5a 1p

Saturday: 5a 1p

As a Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in leading our team and upholding the Starbucks mission of inspiring and nurturing the human spiritone person one cup and one neighborhood at a time.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Lead and motivate a team of baristas fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
Ensure the highest standards of product quality presentation and customer service are consistently met and exceeded.
Assist the store manager in daily operations including opening and closing procedures inventory management and cash handling.
Train and develop baristas to deliver legendary customer service product knowledge and beverage preparation techniques.
Handle customer inquiries feedback and concerns resolving issues to ensure a delightful Starbucks experience.
Uphold Starbucks brand values and operational procedures ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Contribute to a clean safe and organized store environment adhering to health and safety guidelines.

**Qualifications:**
Previous supervisory experience in the food service retail or hospitality industry is preferred.
Passion for coffee and an appreciation for the Starbucks brand and culture.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build positive relationships with both customers and team members.
Detailoriented organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
