You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Project Manager you will lead crossfunctional teams through the full project lifecyclefrom concept to implementationdelivering successful outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise will help drive strategic initiatives align business objectives and ensure key projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget. You will play a key role in managing stakeholder expectations mitigating risk and advancing operational performance.
Lead and manage projects of low to medium complexity from initiation through execution and closure.
Define project goals objectives scope and success criteria.
Create project documentation including Statements of Work (SOW) business cases functional requirements and detailed project plans with milestones.
Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts identifying cost drivers and savings opportunities.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Communicate project progress risks and issues to team members stakeholders and senior leadership.
Ensure alignment across internal departments and external partners to support seamless execution.
Lead crossfunctional and crosscultural project teams with clear direction motivation and support.
Ensure adherence to quality time and cost constraints.
Provide timely project updates and facilitate weekly communication forums.
Mentor project team members and foster continuous improvement.
Promote customer satisfaction by understanding and exceeding expectations.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field required.
PMP Certification preferred.
Experience:
12 years of project management experience.
Experience in electronic manufacturing services (EMS) or related industry preferred.
Proven expertise in managing multiple concurrent projects.
Experience leading crossfunctional and culturally diverse teams.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies from planning through execution.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Familiarity with integrated ERP systems such as SAP a plus.
Ability to define develop and implement strategic project plans.
Strong analytical organizational and decisionmaking skills.
Ability to adapt in fastpaced environments and manage shifting priorities.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and coaching team members.
Experience with performance metrics budget tracking and resource planning.
PMP Certification.
Experience in EMS or hightech manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with Jabilspecific systems and tools.
