Job Description
POSITION:General MaintenanceCalendar Year PositionMF 40 hours/weekESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Works with the Supervisor of Maintenance and rest of the Buildings and Grounds teamto provide short and long range planning and scheduling of maintenance and repairrequirements of the district.2. Help in establishing and maintaining a program of preventative maintenance.3. Perform various maintenance tasks including but not limited to plumbing carpentry andelectrical.4. Respond to and take care of emergencies when necessary.5. Familiar with and adhere to Local and State Building Codes and Laws as well asinsurance regulations.6. Reports regularly to the Supervisor of Maintenance on the condition of the building andgrounds making appropriate recommendations for improvements.7. Must work cooperatively with all members of the school community.8. In the absence of the Supervisor of Maintenance and the District Facilities Coordinatoroversee the maintenance procedures in cooperation with Building Principals.9. Perform such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as the Director ofOperations/Assistant Business Manager may assign from time to TO:Director of FacilitiesSALARY:Personal Service Contract ($55000$65000 depending on experience) STARTING DATE:July 1 2025PAPER APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
