Job Description

100% onsite Washington DC
Nationwide IT Services NIS is seeking a Project Manager to assist our HHS government customer in providing noninherently governmental acquisition support services to facilitate the award and administration of contracts perform quality assurance across contracts and provide budget support.
In this role the senior Procurement Analyst focuses on highvisibility or missioncritical aspects of the acquisition program and quality assurance. All functional duties shall be performed independently.
Work may include but is not limited to:
- Review and provide input on regulatory and policy items. Assist contracting officers with claims control.
- Develop and maintain content for the acquisition MS SharePoint sites.
- Developing approaches content and/or presenting at industry engagement activities.
- Develop and maintain solicitation templates and review matrices.
- Assisting with contract presolicitation and preaward reviews.
- Conducting postaward contract eFile content reviews.
- Assist the Protest Control Officer.
- Communications to customers and staff primarily on important acquisition updates (e.g. policy changes procedural changes and deadlines).
- Training.
- Procurement data collection and analytics.
Required Skills and Experience:
10 years of experience with an MA/MS degree or over 20 years of experience
in federal acquisitions or approximately 20 years of experience in federal acquisitions that
demonstrates expertlevel knowledge across a broad array of federal acquisition concepts and application of those concepts in complex and missioncritical situations.
There is a tradeoff between a masters and 10 years of experience.
