Location:
4900 Tiedeman Road Brooklyn OhioTechnology Analyst MicroIntern
Duration:1 month internship with the opportunity to extend to an additional 4 months based on performance and availability. The position will start July 7th and will require the candidate to work fulltime (40 hours a week) and onsite at our Brooklyn Ohio location.
What does the Internship Offer
The Technology Analyst Intern position with training will provide support for all employees at KeyBank and is responsible for resolving support requests as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands. Support in this position includes the deployment of IT assets to KeyBank employees providing deskside computer hardware and software support. Technician will work directly with various lines of business across the bank.
Responsibilities include imaging configuration installation and troubleshooting of personal computers and software. This position requires technical skills analysis and excellent communication skills.

- Business Delivery providing comprehensive technology solutions to Keys lines of business & functional areas
- Enterprise Technology including architecture networks and cloud infrastructure to ensure stable systems and platforms
- Enterprise Data and Information Management enabling transformation of customer and market data into valuable insights and analytics
- Enterprise Operations spanning Origination through Default Management (1.1 million loans worth $82 billion); Deposit Operations (5 million client accounts);ACH Wire & Check Payment Operations ($400 billion monthly)Treasury Operations
- Enterprise Security including Tech Risk Management Information Security Cybersecurity Fraud Detection/Management BSA/AML Operations and Physical Security
Responsibilities:
- Imaging and Preparation: Image and configure laptops desktops and other equipment (including monitors card readers and accessories) for use by KeyBank employees based on individual assignments.
- Safe Packing and Shipping: Ensure safe packaging and shipping of devices to various domestic and international addresses.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage KeyBanks inventory of equipment ensuring accurate records.
- Equipment Processing: Process returned equipment preparing it for future use.
Key Objectives:
- Enhance Productivity: Maximize KeyBanks employee productivity by delivering devices and services that provide secure and seamless access to Keys data and services.
- Windows Imaging: Image Windows laptops and desktops to replace noncompliant Windows 11 devices.
- Hardware Inventory: Maintain an uptodate inventory of all hardware equipment and devices.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work fulltime and onsite in the fall if the internship were to be extended.
- Enrolled in Computer Science and/or business course work Or already holding a degree in computer science and/or business or or the work experience equivalent.
- Work within a customer oriented positive team environment. Great face forward customer service ability.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills for communications with technical and nontechnical staff.

Essential Job Functions
Engage in the support of Keys computer platforms at corporate campus and data center locations
Provide support on single projects and initiatives within scope budget and timeline
Track corporate IT assets throughout computer lifecycle
Install support and maintain desktop applications
Provision applications using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
Support desktop and mobile operating systems
Provide high level of customer service to Keys internal client base
Effectively communicate with the end user
Setup maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Apple MAC OS computers
Complete work on assigned tickets within SLA
Use industry standard concepts practices and procedures
Rely on documented and established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
Communicate using excellent grammar and listening skills
Work closely with team and produce clear documentation
Learn new things and adapt to new procedures
Compensation
This position is eligible to earn an hourly rate of $20 per hour.
KeyBanks Campus Program Internship and Analyst positions are not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g. H1B visa).
