Salary commensurate with comparable state agency positions and candidate experience. Fulltime state benefits available.

Position Summary:
The Budget Director is responsible for the development and oversight of the agencys biennial budget. This position will:
Monitor and audit revenues and expenditures to ensure compliance with applicable budget requirements regulations and guidelines
Prepare and present written and oral financial reports to agency leadership and stakeholders
Manage federal grants and ensure the timely submission of all required reports
Coordinate the agencys financial planning and analysis efforts
Oversee the agencys accounting processes
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
Preferred Qualifications: At least two years of experience in financial management or a related field
Other: A criminal history and abuse background check will be conducted prior to an offer of employment
