Location: Sakonnet Early Learning Center Tiverton RI
Type: FullTime MondayFriday 7:30 AM 5:30 PM Up to 40 Hours/Week
- Lead engaging standardsaligned PreK curriculum focused on kindergarten readiness
- Build foundational literacy numeracy and socialemotional skills
- Track and document developmental milestones using observation and assessment tools
- Foster a warm inclusive classroom where every child feels seen and supported
- Partner with families to promote learning both in and out of the classroom
- Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure consistency and excellence
- CDA Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
- Minimum of 2 years of PreK teaching experience in a licensed early childhood setting
- Strong curriculum planning and classroom management skills
- Knowledge of child development kindergarten readiness benchmarks and positive behavior support strategies
- Warm reliable and teamoriented with strong communication skills
- Must be 18 and able to pass all background checks
- Competitive Pay: $14.00$19.00/hour based on experience
