Prudential has an exciting leadership opportunity for a dynamic resultsoriented individual. The Customer Onboarding organization plays a critical role working with internal and external partners to facilitate the management of life insurance applications.

As an associate manager you will be responsible for the daytoday operations of a multifunctional account representative team supporting distribution partners with inquiries and resolution on new business applications. In this leadership role you will gain exposure to life new business processes our multiple distribution sources and leadership experience with Prudential a world leader in financial services.

The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your onsite presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Strong preference for this role to be in the Jacksonville office. Minneapolis location may be considered.

What you can expect:

  • Directly supervise a team of 1015 employees
  • Responsible for all aspects of coaching staff development and engagement and performance management
  • Responsible for daily workflow coordination to ensure overall service levels production and quality standards are met in conjunction with peer leaders
  • Develop annual performance objectives for staff monitor achievement of goals and adjust as needed
  • Recognize recommend and drive operational improvements
  • Responsible for the daytoday adherence of organizational policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate ownership urgency and responsiveness in assisting producers (Brokerage General Agency Staff Financial Advisors etc.) and internal sales team with servicerelated requests via telephone and email
  • Lead team and department meetings
  • Support Internal distribution teams while managing and maintaining relationships with our external sales partners

What youll need:

  • Strong relationship management skills with experience in leadership and 3 years in a customer service driven industry or life insurance industry preferred
  • Ability to work with a team to consistently exceed deliverables in a highvolume production environment
  • Strong interpersonal time management and organization skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking problem solving decision making and analytical skills
  • Success in developing others and a strong focus on talent
  • Demonstrated leadership and personnel management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and change directions quickly
  • Ability to build relationships foster teamwork and support evaluate and drive change across departments in support of meeting organizational objectives

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $83500.00 to $129500.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills.
