Role description:

We are seeking a landscape architect with construction design experience across a wide array of project types including housing retail resort/hospitality and mixeduse. This role will be responsible for managing design projects meeting financial quality and timeframe objectives and meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Role accountabilities:

• Perform detailed phases of landscape architectural and urban design work for a project of moderate size and complexity (e.g. a singlestructure facility requiring occasional interface and collaboration with various architecture and engineering disciplines)
• Design site and prepare working drawings and related project documents
• Prepare project specifications compiling and analyzing relevant data
• Interact independently with other with disciplines

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• CLARB registration and/or licensure in one or more US states
• 36 years of experience
• Experience leading project teams
• Successful experience with the management of budgets and contract

Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
