The US Employment Practice of Hogan Lovells US LLP seeks a midlevel to senior associate to join our Employment practice. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of experience with employment litigation and counseling including drafting pleadings and conducting discovery. Candidates with class and collective experience are preferred. Strong research and writing skills excellent academic credentials strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence are required. Candidates must work from the Los Angeles office of Hogan Lovells and must be admitted to the California bar.
Compensation for this role will be topofmarket with an annualized salary range of $235000 to $390000 depending on the candidates overall experience and other jobrelated factors. This position may be eligible for a discretionary or an hoursbased bonus consistent with market practice. In addition this position will be eligible for the firms fringe benefits as they currently exist. Please note that the firm maintains a hybrid work policy. Fully remote candidates will not be considered.
