Job Description

Job Purpose:

To lead the commission process ensuring accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound payments. Contribute to annual planning forecasting and variance analysis while providing key performance indicators to management. Support operations with vendor/customer pricing analysis dealer profitability and sales margin KPIs. Participate in ad hoc financial and IT projects to drive improvement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Commissions Reporting and Analysis:

  • Manage endtoend commission processes including tracking payroll changes (hires terminations promotions transfers) and ensuring accurate monthly commission calculations.
  • Prepare and validate monthly commission statements using both automated systems and manual Excel workflows.
  • Oversee commission payroll reporting and analysis collaborating with management to ensure accurate and timely payouts.
  • Investigate and resolve compensation issues or disputes through detailed analysis and clear communication.
  • Administer the annual commission contract process and maintain thorough documentation of policies and controls.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance the accuracy efficiency and timeliness of commission reporting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for commission and bonusrelated inquiries providing prompt professional and diplomatic support to employees managers and sales leaders.

Corporate Reporting and Analysis:

  • Analyze and report financial sales and operational data from multiple systems including cash flow capital expenditures and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain financial forecasts identifying risks and opportunities to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Identify risks and opportunities monitor financial performance and explain variances to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Partner with leadership and other business segments to enhance reporting processes implement BI dashboards and automate consolidated monthly reporting with variance commentary.
  • Perform independent analysis and support new initiatives with a solutionsdriven approach.

Other Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Take the initiative to collaborate with business segments and management to assess and implement projects that support business needs enhance systems and expand BI tools for streamlined reporting.
  • Serve as a backup for other analysts responsibilities and collaborate with the Director of Finance and department managers on complex projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned working cooperatively with others and complying with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or Business Management
  • Minimum 3 years experience of working knowledge of sales incentive compensation principles and related operational execution
  • 3 or more years of experience as a Staff Accountant or Financial Analyst a plus
  • Advanced software skills in Microsoft Office highly advanced skills in Excel
  • Preferred experience with Tableau Board Reporting SAP and other similar data analytics and ERPs
  • Preferred experience with any Sales Commissions Management software
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical problem solving ability
  • Ability to work as a team player and work in a deadline based environment
