Caf Mission: We deliver Everyday Luxury through unique engaging fun and shareable Caf experiences.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Food & Beverage team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for curating and providing a worldclass Caf program to Aritzia clients.

As the Sr./Barista AOK Caf you will support with delivering extraordinary client experiences by creating worldclass beverages as well as managing transactions services and the service counter to create memorable moments. With the skills you gain in this role the opportunities are endlessfrom a rewarding career in Food & Beverage to continued growth and development within Aritzia.

THE ROLE

As the Sr./Barista AOK Caf you will:

  • Deliver an Everyday Luxury experience for our guests
  • Service guests with an exceptional product offering
  • Uphold the standards of operational excellence

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Sr./Barista AOK Caf has:

  • Proven skills education and/or applicable certifications
  • Serving It Right certification is an asset
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • An understanding and passion for the Food & Beverage and/or Retail industry in which we operate
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with crossfunctional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
