Job Description

Paratransit Services Manager
Are you looking for a new position helping the seniors of Juneau Southeast Senior Services is looking for a Paratransit Services Manager for Capital AKcess a joint program of the City and Borough of Juneau/Capital Transit and Catholic Community Service.
Job duties include supervising all Capital AKcess personnel planning program implementation managing operational safety establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and the community overseeing the programs financial management coordinating with Capital Transit and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of supervision principles and techniques State of Alaska driving laws and basic vehicle maintenance as well as experience with seniors and persons with disabilities computers and data entry facilitating meetings organizing their time and workload general office equipment and public presentations. Four years of experience in transit OR a Bachelors in Business or related field PLUS two years experience in supervisory mechanical or service field.
This position is full time. Starting salary is $60000 DOE. Must have valid Alaska Drivers License as well as clean driving record for the past 18 months and no DUI for the past 3 years.
