Overview
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.
Duties
Process accounts receivable transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
Identifying disputes.
Issuing credits.
Utilize accounting software for various accounting functions.
Investigate aged items.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
Problem solving
Data Entry.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with SAP.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Prior experience in an accounting role is advantageous but not required.
Job Types: Fulltime Temporary
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
