The Opportunity
The Production Coordinator reporting to the Content Factory Team is instrumental in supporting the daytoday operations within our Content Factory environment. This role is critical in facilitating smooth operations and ensuring the efficient flow of production tasks. You will be part of a team that produces essential content across QVC HSN social and Streaming platforms.
Your Impact
Secure and transport products to the set ensuring they are prepped and ready for Producers to facilitate smooth and efficient production processes.
Assist in the preparation and organization of studio setups and teardowns.
Serve as the primary contact point for team coordination during production shifts efficiently managing any production needs.
Collaborate with content team members to ensure the timely and quality delivery of content
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio ensuring a tidy and efficient work environment that supports optimal production operations.
Maintain seamless communication with talent and crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth production processes.
Enhance preproduction workflows by organizing notes and coordinating with hosts and producers for various products regularly processed through the Content Factory.
Work alongside Producers in the Content Factory to assist with crafting engaging shortform social content. Support final content delivery to platform owners taking on production responsibilities when necessary.
Identify and resolve workflow issues presenting opportunities for production improvements.
Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in content production to maintain innovative content delivery approaches.
Review content performance metrics with the management team to assess impact on audience engagement and conversion and collaboratively define actionable steps for improvement.
What You Bring
At least 1 years of handson experience in production within television media or a related field.
Bachelors degree in Television/Media Production Communication or relevant experience.
Familiarity with production equipment and editing platforms (e.g. Adobe Premiere Capcut) and a keen understanding of social and streaming content trends.
Ability to work flexible schedules including any day of the week and overnight shifts.
Remote work is not permitted from NYC at this time.
