You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Customer Service Lead provides support to the Customer Service Manager Customer Service by providing guidance and support to the Customer Service team while also directly assisting visiting customers and tenants. This role ensures the Customer Service Center operates efficiently and provides exceptional service.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will provide work direction to staff in the department.
