RieLes Group we are seeking a Psychotherapist to provide onsite support to the North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) Integrated Behavioral Health System (IBHS) team at Fayetteville NC. The NC National Guard (NCNG) Integrated Behavioral Health System (IBHS) team in Fayetteville NC is part of a statewide program providing free confidential mental health support to service members and their families. The team includes licensed therapists and case managers who offer 24/7 crisis intervention assessments and referrals for services like therapy PTSD/TBI screenings and housing or employment support.

Location: Fayetteville North Carolina 28303
Fulltime onsite position
The Period of Performance shall be one Base Year of 12 months and three 12month option years

Overview: Work directly with military personnel and their families in Fayetteville NC. The IBHS Psychotherapist provides culturally competent behavioral health services as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide psychotherapy
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with internal team and external stakeholders
• Ensure accurate documentation and followup

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in counseling social work or psychology
• 3 years postlicensure clinical experience in behavioral health individual couple family mental health and domestic/workplace violence counseling services psychopathology and psychosocial dynamics
• NC independent license (LCSW LPC LMFT or Psychologist)
• Prior experience with military/veteran populations preferred
