We are looking for a dynamic customerobsessed and innovative Sr. Product Manager to own and drive strategic projects to make the best place for Spanish language customers to shop online.
Improving the shopping experience for Spanish language of preference customers is critical to our business. We need to understand the endtoend shopping journey to identify engineering and localization gaps in areas such as search relevance detail page content postpurchase support etc. and propose solutions to address these customer pain points. We also need to envision new experiences that leverage advances in emerging technologies such as Large Language Models to enable a personalized shopping experience for our customers.
The Sr. Product Manager is a proven wellrounded problem solver who will own and drive this charter. The ideal candidate is highly analytical adaptable and enjoys the intellectual challenge associated with learning launching and evolving the products which drive our business. You will work in a fastpaced retail environment and be required to lead not only at the strategic level but also tactically by diving deeply into business and technical domains to unlock opportunities and coursecorrect as required. You will need to be comfortable interfacing and influencing across a variety of functional and technical teams and with individuals at senior levels. As part of your work with global business and technology teams you must have the leadership presence and communication skills to drive change.
Primary responsibilities will include: Effectively work back from the customer to define the ambiguous into meaningful problem statements and solutions Build roadmaps that prioritize development based on business impact Calculate quantitative value for prioritization and development justification Manage the endtoend development process from problem identification requirements gathering solution design coding and implementation Communicate complex requirements project status and tradeoffs across tech and business stakeholders spanning all organization levels
5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end to end product delivery Experience as a product manager or owner Experience owning technology products Bachelors degree
Bilingual in Spanish and English MBA/Masters Degree preferred 7 years of experience working in retail or technology industry with background in product management Strong data analysis skills with experience in SQL and/or Excel
