We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced AWS Services Acceleration Executive to join our AWS Cloud Services team and play a key role in driving AWS Professional Services and Managed Services sales across our key routes to market including the vendor our partnerbase and their endcustomers.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exemplary core sales and relationship management skills and will also have sound knowledge of Cloud services and how these can be harnessed to transform an organization. The candidate must also have a proven and successful track record on sales and acquiring new relationships.

Enablement/ Placement / Cloud Operating Model/MigrationModernization/Optimization
The AWS Services Acceleration Executive is a hunter who is responsible for identifying whitespace opportunities to increase net new resellers with practices which add endusers through platform data insights to deliver on our goals for the AWS Services.
Our ideal candidate will have a certification as an AWS Cloud Practitioner.
(other certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate are preferred)
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Knowledge of the platform industry including cloudbased solutions SaaS and related technologies preferred.
Negotiation communication and presentation skills to engage with vendors partners and customers effectively.
AWS Expertise
Indepth knowledge of AWS services including computing storage databases networking machine learning and analytics.
Cloud Architecture
Knowledge of cloudnative and serverless architectures.
DevOps
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. CI/CD infrastructure as code containerization and orchestration).
Understanding of automation and monitoring tools within the AWS ecosystem.
Security and Compliance
Understanding of AWS security best practices and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of identity and access management encryption and data protection mechanisms.
Migration and Modernization
Experience with migrating onpremises applications to the cloud.
Knowledge of application modernization techniques including microservices containers and serverless technologies.
Travel will be required for customer visits industry events and partner meetings.
Education/Experience: Fouryear college degree in Business Marketing or related field MBA preferred (or additional relevant experience in a related field)
Compensation: 50/50 split base/commission

Product Portfolio Expansion
Xvantage Expertise: Drive insights and actions for reseller partners and vendors. Identifies opportunities to increase usage of the Xvantage platform for both reseller partners and vendors.
Solution Selling
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $67300.00 $114500.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
