TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Process Operator for a Food Manufacturing Company in the Houston TX area!
WORK ENVIRONMENT:InPerson Manufacturing Food Processing Plant
PAY RATE:$18.00 per hour
SCHEDULE:FullTime; Monday Friday 1st shift. OT is Available! Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
PROCESS OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate all food manufacturing/ production equipment at or above production and quality standards.
Ensure all quality assurance checks are performed throughout the shift while food product is being manufactured.
Understand product flow of milk while operating silo machines and all food handling procedures involved with the operation of processing equipment
Ensure all production logs and paperwork is completed accurately and maintained with correct information
Report any food safety and food quality issues
Follow all FDA manufacturing practices and work in manner that is consistent with all food safety quality and sanitation requirements.
Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues.
PROCESS OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Food Production Manufacturing Experience Food Pasteurizing experience is preferred
Able to legibly write entries for production logs and record keeping
Able to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals
Communication skills must be able to read write and speak English. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
