Muir Orthopaedic Specialists OrthoNorCal and Webster Orthopedics have joined forces to become Golden State Orthopedics & Spine (GSOS). Now GSOS represents one of the largest orthopedic surgical practices in the Western United States. With more great doctors and clinics in 13 cities across the bay area we offer the same innovative and compassionate care as always.
We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) towork with one of our Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeons in the Sequoia Clinic. This role will predominantly involve hip and knee replacement and revision surgery patients OrthoBiologicssuch as stem cell and PRP injections.
Job Duties Include:
The NP may perform delegated functions as appropriate to their scope of practice under the direction and supervision of the physician.
- Performing direct and indirect general orthopedic care.
- Performing admission evaluation of new patients obtains medical history
- Performing physical exams and reporting into patients medical record
- Assisting in performing officebasedprocedures
- May take call for patients under the supervision of a physician

Qualifications
License/Certification:
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner by the California Board of Registered Nursing
- Current DEA license
- BLS certification
Qualifications:
- 23years experience(preferred)
- Must have excellent verbal written and computer skills
- Previous EMR experience NextGen a plus
Pay Range:
- $135000 to $160000 per Year plus productivity bonusing quarterly
*Higher compensation may be available for someone with advanced skills and/or experience
