DescriptionESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assists guests with their luggage as they arrive or depart and provide appropriate luggage ticket.
- Offer directional information driving/hotel related.
- Builds relationships while interacting with guests over an extended period of time.
- Assist guests with answering questions; seek out answers when unclear and followup with guest.
- Explains accommodations promotions appointments and equipment to guests.
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
- Must be able to run and stand up to 10 hours per day.
- Must be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
- Makes suggestions to guests of all hotel facilities and their location and offers to be of further assistance upon request.
- Able to drive transportation (golf cart) assisting guests to and from their room.
- Outgoing personality.
ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES:
- Provide assistance to the Valet Team by moving vehicles forward and/or parking due to high business levels.
- Provide assistance to Door Person in welcoming guests.
- Assist guests with transportation needs (i.e. Limo taxi or Bus etc.).
- Maintains a high energy level and remain attentive while standing on feet throughout an 810 hour shift.
- Maintains a clean and spotless work area.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Oneyear of Doorman/Bellman experience preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be able to speak read write and understand English.
- A valid AZ Drivers License and successful Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) preferred.
- Computer experience and proficiency in Word Excel and Internet Use is preferred.
- Must have the ability to deal with a variety of people in a courteous and professional manner.
- Knowledge of casino and hotel amenities preferred.
- Knowledge of local area preferred.
- Must be personable and energetic.
- Must present a well groomed appearance.
- Must perform duties with a sense of urgency.
