A Day in the Life:
- Provide a positive experience to our members and potential members in our branches.
- Open new accounts.
- Help our members with account questions online banking issues and loan requests.
- Interview loan applicants.
- Provide members and potential members with product and service information in a helpful efficient manner.
- Build and retain member relationships through service quality and member needs satisfaction.
- Promote the Credit Unions products and satisfy members financial needs through selling additional credit union services.

The Qualifications we are looking for:
- 2 years customer service experience
- 2 years experience in a credit union or financial institution with similar responsibilities. (preferred)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate courteously and professionally
- Excellent problem solver
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously
- Ability to work as a team player
- Moderate PC proficiency
- Bilingual/Spanish/Creole/Russian/Uzbek helpful but not required
- Ability to type 30 wpm
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
