Overview
Seeking a new career challenge ThenBermello Ajamilis seeking you! Bermello Ajamil a Woolpert Company (BA) is hiring aDesigner IIIto join our dynamic Architecture team at ourCoral Gables FL office who is seeking to join a creative and collaborative team. Ideal candidates have 6 or more years of experience and are able to apply sound and diverse knowledge of architectural principles and practices to a broad array of assignments and building types. In addition candidates are able to translate conceptual ideas into detailed plans and construction documents.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall project design.
- Completearchitectural assignments with little supervision.
- Prepare project graphic presentations and present them to clients.
- Review completed reports plans estimates and calculations.
- Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Prepare construction documents.
- Organize and maintain project record information and drawings.
- Coordinate with clients project consultants and engineers.
Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in Architecture and Architectural Design.
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture required; Masters Degree a plus.
- State of Florida Professional Architectural Registration a plus.
- Excellent design skills.
- Ability to lead a design team.
- Ability to work directly with Principals and Project Managers and follow their lead
- Must be selfmotivated to meet deadlines and improve process and deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD REVIT and SKETCHUP
