Job Description

Position Overview

The Manager HR Administrative Services is responsible for the internal HR systems applications and administrative processes and procedures for the employees of FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies North Carolina Region. This role ensures the alignment of systems and processes across the region FDB Global and HLUS including but not limited to system integrity and accuracy of HRIS/Payroll Leave Administration Onboarding and required reporting. The Manager HR Administrative Services is the lead for Leave Administration and is a strong Human Resources Business Partner with high attention to detail for HR processes.
