TITLE: Memorial School Secretary Main Office
LOCATION: Bellingham Memorial School
SCHEDULE: 7:15am 3:15pm (180 days 10 Extra Days*)
*5 Days prior to the start of the school year and 5 days following the end of the school year or as deemed appropriate by the Building Principal)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Secretary for Main Office of Bellingham Memorial School is directly responsible to the
Principal/Assistant Principal and under their direction is expected to perform a wide variety of
clerical and general office work as required on a daytoday basis including but not limited to
drafting correspondence scheduling appointments organizing handling attendance and maintaining paper and electronic files or providing information to callers.

OUR MISSION:
The Bellingham Public School Districts enrollment is approximately 1930 students and an organizational staff of 400 employees. The district is split into the following building grade levels:
DiPietro Elementary (Preschool Grade 3) Stall Brook Elementary (Preschool Grade 3) Bellingham Memorial School (grades 47) and Bellingham High School (grades 812) and Keough Memorial Academy (grades 712) is our therapeutic day school for students with special needs.
