Job Description

Senior System Engineer MidSenior Level
Job Summary

DTMB Network Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to lead the design engineering and technical implementation of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) solutions. This role requires expertise in enhanced call routing call center agent/supervisor functionality and technical support across Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) platforms.




Requirements


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced call routing solutions for Cisco UCCX.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for UCCX CUCM and CUC.
  • Develop process design documentation and service design packages.
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for Telephony Services staff.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and operations of telephony systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Cisco telephony solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to improve service delivery.


Required Technology Skill Set

  • Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) 5 years of experience
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) 5 years of experience
  • Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) 5 years of experience


Qualifications


Proven experience in designing and implementing Cisco telephony solutions.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
