Requirements
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce/nCino Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing developing and integrating solutions on the Salesforce platform with a strong focus on nCino Commercial Banking or Loan Origination modules. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver highimpact solutions that support our digital banking transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform with a focus on nCino modules (Commercial Banking Loan Origination).
Work directly with business analysts and endusers to gather requirements define scope and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Develop and configure Salesforce features including Flows Apex classes/triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) and custom objects.
Integrate Salesforce/nCino with thirdparty systems using REST/SOAP APIs middleware platforms and other data exchange mechanisms.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues perform root cause analysis and provide timely support to users and stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews unit testing and UAT support to ensure highquality and secure solutions.
Maintain documentation for technical implementations configuration settings and system changes.
Required Skills and Experience
5 years of handson experience in Salesforce platform development and configuration.
Proven experience working with nCino Commercial Banking or Loan Origination System (LOS) modules.
Strong command of Salesforce Flows Apex (classes triggers) LWC (Lightning Web Components) and platform data models.
Experience integrating Salesforce/nCino with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP).
Ability to gather business requirements translate them into technical specifications and deliver solutions in a timely manner.
Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and postdeployment support.
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or nCino certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Gearset Copado or similar.
Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
