Job Description
We are seeking a (RN- Interventional Radiology) for a 13-weeks travel/contract assignment in Winchester MA 01890.
- Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
- Shift: Day(10) - 7:00 start
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2920 - $3200
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care during interventional radiology and cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Prepare patients for procedures including pre-procedure assessment education and post-procedure recovery.
- Administer conscious sedation and monitor patient response during procedures.
- Assist in diagnostic caths interventions and utilize advanced equipment such as Rotablator IVUS and FFR.
- Monitor hemodynamics and manage devices including IABP and Impella.
- Respond rapidly to patient emergencies with appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians radiology staff and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal care.
- Maintain documentation and adhere to all hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of all IR equipment.
- Participate in on-call rotation as required.
Requirements:
Licensure & Certifications:
- Current Massachusetts RN License Required
- BLS Certification Required (AHA)
- ACLS Certification Required
Experience:
- Minimum 3 5 years RN experience Required
- Experience in diagnostic catheterizations interventions and hemodynamic monitoring Required
- Proficiency in Rotablator IVUS FFR Required
- IABP and Impella experience Required
- ECMO experience Preferred
- Foundational ICU or ED experience Preferred
- RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) Preferred
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates outside a 50-miles radius qualify for travel pay.
