Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join our front desk team in shaping the first impressions of our guests. If you thrive in a dynamic guestfocused environment and are excited to be part of an opening team wed love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting guests with checkins checkouts and reservations in a warm and efficient manner.
  • Secure payments verify billing details and process adjustments as needed.
  • Handle guest inquiries requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services amenities and local attractions.
  • Maintain highquality service standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Anticipate guest needs and implement creative solutions to exceed expectations.
  • Uphold brand standards and company policies while ensuring a welcoming and wellorganized front desk environment.

Qualifications:

  • A positive problemsolving mindset with a passion for guest satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software is a plus.
