Role description:
Arcadis is looking for a Senior Project Manager with water/wastewater engineering experience to join our Resilience Water Team in Miami Florida!
The Senior Project Manager will utilize their expertise and technical knowledge in conveyance treatment and master planning projects to successfully lead and execute projects and support project pursuits primarily within the municipal markets in Miami Dade County and South Florida. This role offers significant growth opportunities for advancement as you deliver projects manage delivery teams and build strong client relationships.
Role accountabilities:
In this role you will serve as a clientfacing Project Manager and Engineer leading the development and delivery of innovative water and wastewater projects. Our team supports clients in achieving their goals through cuttingedge solutions and collaborative forwardthinking design. This is a great opportunity for a motivated teamoriented professional ready to take on meaningful challenges and contribute to impactful infrastructure projects. Additional responsibilities include:
- Managing the planning design and construction of water/wastewater treatment facilities distribution and collection systems and pump/lift stations.
- Serving as Project Manager or Design Manager overseeing project execution from concept to completion.
- Collaborating with clients to understand needs develop solutions and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leading and mentoring team members supporting their professional growth and ensuring highquality project outcomes.
- Developing scopes of work budgets and construction documents including specifications.
- Supporting strategic growth by contributing to proposal efforts identifying teaming partners and helping position for future opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering in Civil Environmental or Mechanical Engineering
- 10 years of relevant engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters of Science Degree in Engineering in Civil Environmental or Mechanical Engineering
- 12 years of relevant engineering and project management experience in municipal water wastewater or stormwater projects of varying sizes
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required or the ability to obtain P.E. licensure in Florida within six months of employment

We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $100000 $146400/year. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
