Job Description

Description

You will be a transformational leader responsible for driving strong topline performance throughout the US. You will lead coach and motivate Regional Account Managers to drive new and existing business deepen existing relationships increase product utilization and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will partner very closely with national accounts to accelerate market penetration and grow our business with the largest healthcare and hospital systems in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspired and progressive leadership to the Field Sales team.
  • Ensure the organization is optimally structured to ensure success. Provide the team with the tools and resources to achieve ambitious revenue objectives.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to the Regional Account Managers. Help them to achieve higher levels of performance. Enable them to growth professionally. Challenge them to set aspirational goals.
  • Establish a performancebased culture accompanied by standard work that instills operational rigor and discipline throughout the organization. Create a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Develop key performance indicators that ensure accountability. Establish countermeasures to resolve performance challenges.
  • Implement sophisticated forecasting and analytical capabilities to improve transparency into performance and trends. We have salesforce in place to support this effort.
  • Develop a culture of lead generation for our crosssell team to ensure overall company performance.
  • Develop & sustain standard work for building pipeline as well as time & territory management
  • Foster crossfunctional collaboration with the National Accounts Team on developing account specific strategies to drive growth. Develop and facilitate negotiation training in partnership with this team. Additionally work closely with Customer Success Inside Sales sales operations and marketing teams.
  • Develop strong working relationships with decisionmakers to deliver strategic wins and market share.
  • Leverage market knowledge of competitors and customer trends to inform our sales efforts.

The person:

You are an accomplished Sales professional and proven strategic business partner known for delivering results process excellence and continuous improvement. You have a steep career trajectory strong pedigree and significant upside potential. You are a strong peopledriven leader with the ability to teach train and develop sales teams. You are strategic while also detailoriented and comfortable being handson.

Professional Background & Attributes:

  • Extensive sales experience in the healthcare/medical device industry. Background leading fieldbased / remote sales force with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor teams to drive best practices develop team capabilities and align business strategy with market opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success driving exceptional topline performance capturing impressive marketshare gains and developing strong client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the hospital buying process with a proven ability to navigate large complex healthcare organizations.
  • Experience collaborating with Corporate Accounts to drive market wins.
  • Ability to travel (50%) based on the requirements of the role. Must possess a valid drivers license issued in the United States.
  • Bachelors degree required.
