07/01/2025The Full Stack Application Developer is responsible for designing developing and maintaining custom web applications and data integration solutions that support the districts operational and instructional needs. This role emphasizes building scalable wellarchitected systems that are easy to maintain and extend over time. The developer will work closely with various teams to create seamless integrations between internal information systems and thirdparty vendor platforms. A strong understanding of modern database design and development best practices is essential as data integrity and performance are critical to success in this role.The following statements are illustrative of the essential functions of the job and other key duties that may be required. Attains proficient or higher evaluations on established Performance Standards
Architects application and integration solutions with a focus on longterm maintainability scalability and performance
Builds and maintains secure scalable and welldocumented APIs and data integration solutions between internal systems and thirdparty vendor platforms
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to gather requirements define technical specifications and deliver userfocused solutions
Designs develops tests and maintains custom web applications that support district operations and educational programs
Ensures compliance with district data governance security and privacy policies in all development activities
Ensures highquality database design and development including data modeling stored procedures and performance tuning
Maintains documentation for applications integrations and system architecture to support longterm sustainability and knowledge transfer
Participates in code reviews and promote adherence to development best practices and coding standards
Provides technical support and mentorship to other team members as needed
Researches evaluates and recommends tools and technologies that support application and integration development goals
Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to application functionality data integrity and system integrations
Works within an Agile or iterative development process to prioritize and deliver features on schedule
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Ability to analyze application integration architecture to simplify and automate business processes
Ability to analyze project requirements for impact on systems and integration dependencies
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to write clean maintainable and welldocumented code
Experience building and maintaining data integrations using Microsoft tools such as PowerShell SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and RESTful APIs
Proficiency in developing applications using .NET (C# etc.) Blazor (HTML CSS) and integrating with Microsoft SQL Server databases
Solid knowledge of SQL development including writing queries stored procedures views and performance tuning
Strong understanding of full stack application development principles with experience in both frontend and backend technologies

Required Qualifications:
Associates degree or two or more years (48 semester hours or more of college with no degree)
2 Years Experience in a technologyrelated role (e.g. application development IT support systems administration or data integration)
Familiarity with version control systems
Experience participating in the full software development lifecycle including planning development testing and deployment
Exposure to data integration tools such as SSIS with some familiarity with scripting for automation tasks
Experience working with databases including database design query writing and troubleshooting performance issues
Experience in full stack application development preferably in a Microsoftbased environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors (Baccalaureate) degree (e.g. B.A. A.B. B.S.) in Computer Science or related field.
Certifications demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft development tools cloud platforms (e.g. Azure) or data integration technologies
Experience with Infinite Campus
Experience with Workday
SQL query and report development experience
Experience Working in an Educational Environment
Compensation Range:
$76650$86650(Based on job relevant experience at 100% FTE)
