Department: Kitchen Department
fitflavors is a meal prep company dedicated to providing highquality nutritionally balanced meals that taste great. We are a faithdriven organization deeply rooted in Christian values guiding our mission with integrity purpose and service. We prepare and package over 4000 meals per day in our industrial kitchen and distribute them throughout the St. Louis area to both our storefront locations and directtocustomer homes. As we continue to grow we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who can optimize and enhance our daily production processes while innovating new solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
Department Description
The Kitchen Department is a fundamental pillar in safeguarding the food quality at fitflavors. Our team diligently oversees the quality of ingredients from our vendors monitors the preparation process by our prep team and ensures the final cooked dishes meet our high standards. Within the kitchen each stations plays a crucial role in delivering the delightful and nutritious meals our customers have come to expect.
Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Dishwasher to join our team. This role is focused on supporting your growth both professionally and personally while you work on maintaining the cleanliness of our dishes. In this positionyoull work closely with our kitchen team to ensure our standards are met.

Education & Experience
Desire and willingness to develop professionally
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Background and/or interest in health/nutrition industry
Willingness to put in the time and effort required to complete core job functions
Full Time
40 hours a week
8 am 4 pm
Compensation
$18 per hour
Physical RequirementS
Physically able to stand for long periods of time
Able to lift 50 lbs
Able to work in a wet environment
Able to work in a loud environment
Key Result Areas & Responsibilities
Kitchen Department Dishwasher
Maintain the cleanliness of all dishes
Prioritize cleaning dishes by the ones used most frequently or the ones needed by each department to complete their job
Maintain the organization of clean and dirty dishes
Gather dirty dishes from the packaging department
Remove labels from all dishes
Maintain the cleanliness of the dish station (squeegee floors clear food debris from station wipe down walls etc..)
Work with the other dishwasher(s) to maintain speed cleanliness and the organization of the dishes
When the dish station is caught up it is the dishwashers responsibility to communicate with the chefs for other cleaning/prepping tasks
Change the water in the dishwasher machine every hour
Complete monthly deep cleaning duties
