The Diplomat Beach Resortis looking for a Server Assistant to join their team at thenewly imagined Hotel Bar.This inviting space is perfect for connecting conversing or simply soaking in a serene ambiance while savoring legendary local sips and savors. The hotel boasts over 1000 guest rooms and1000 linear feet of alabaster beach.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Host/Busperson/Server Assistant in a highvolume bar or restaurant and is comfortable working in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
Shift Pattern: Must have Full Availability including Holidays and Weekends. Bar is open from 11amMidnight daily
Pay Rate:$17.65 per hour

What will I be doing
As a Server Assistant you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Set and prepare tables for dining including but not limited to folding napkins cleaning and placing tableware serving water etc.
- Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
- Stock maintain and clean designated food station(s)
- Assist food server(s) with table service including but not limited to serving beverages breads etc.
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
