Open to attorneys practicing law anywhere in NYS
A midsized Buffalobased law firm is looking to add an experienced Corporate Associate Attorney to their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with clients on complex matters including corporate transactions contract drafting an negotiation business formation and compliance issues.
Duties:
- Provide clients with expert legal advice and counsel on business entity formation and other general business matters
- Advise clients on NYS laws pertaining to business matters
- Maintain and foster client relationships
- Draft review and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including shareholder agreements operating agreements SaaS agreements buysell agreements and service contracts
- Handle mergers and acquisitions including due diligence drafting transactional documents and overseeing closing procedures
