Your Role
- Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation and employment defense matters with an emphasis on medical malpractice.
- Handle cases from initial intake through trial preparation including discovery depositions drafting dispositive motions and developing case strategies.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners participate in client meetings and appear in court as necessary.
- Demonstrate exceptional legal writing skills through memos summaries and pleadings.
