Fire & Burglar Alarm Technician
Location: Tampa Bay Area
Employment Type: FullTime NonExempt

What Youll Do
- Install program and service fire alarms burglar alarms access control surveillance systems and structured cabling.
- Troubleshoot inspect and maintain security and life safety systems for commercial customers.
- Interpret blueprints plans and specs for proper installation and integration.
- Run conduit pull cable and ensure clean codecompliant work every time.
- Serve as a technical problemsolveronsite and remotelyfor our clients.
- Maintain detailed documentation and jobsite notes in our system.
- Collaborate closely with the Project and Client Experience Team.
- Represent our brand with professionalism urgency and a solutionsfocused attitude.
What You Bring
- 3 years in lowvoltage/security/fire installation or service (commercial experience preferred)
- Working knowledge of Honeywell Vista FireLite or comparable systems
- Familiarity with NFPA inspection/testing requirements
- ESA CAT Level I or NICET certification (or actively pursuing)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Strong communication organizational and problemsolving skills
- Clean driving record and a professional image
- High school diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work (climbing ladders squatting reaching etc.)
- Comfortable working in varying environments (rooftops attics mechanical rooms etc.)
