Job Description
Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Avon MA
Job Overview:
We are seeking a handson Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the full production and logistics lifecycle in a highvolume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient scheduling inventory control team leadership and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage daily production and operations schedules based on demand and inventory levels
- Supervise warehouse and logistics functions including receiving storage shipping and order fulfillment
- Track and report on KPIs such as inventory accuracy production efficiency waste and delivery timelines
- Collaborate across departments to ensure timely raw material availability and shipment of finished goods
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control strategies
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with safety and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Train lead and evaluate team members; assist with staffing and performance management
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce costs
- Support safety protocols including proper use of PPE and adherence to facility procedures
Qualifications:

5 years of professional experience including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within manufacturing or logistics
- Proven track record in a production or operations environment ideally within food or bakery settings
- Proficiency with inventory or operations software systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training a plus
- Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
