The Client Service Lead provides leadership support to the Client Service Representatives and ensures VSCs core values and excellent client service are maintained. The CSR Leadreports to the Client Service Manager and periodically receives direction from other hospital leadership.
The right candidate:
Previous/current knowledge of veterinary industry requiredcombined with 2 years experience in leadership rolepreferred
Competence in problemsolving and conflict resolution
Works well on a team as well as independently
Has impeccablecustomer serviceskills
Exemplarytime management skills
Ability to work late swing shifts if necessary
Job Overview:
Lead and support the CSR team
Fill in as a CSR as needed; spend majority of time on the floor with CSR team
Strategize with leadership team to improve hospital flow
Resolve client issues and follow up with leadership team
Complete expense reports
Assist in training new hires/mentorship
Assist with recruiting efforts
