Veterinary Specialty Center of Seattle in Lynnwood offers 24hour emergency and critical care for pets. Our AAHAaccredited team includes emergency and boardcertified veterinary specialists whose approach to veterinary medicine enables them to work together in support of our mission to improve the quality of life for pets and their owners.
- Previous/current knowledge of veterinary industry requiredcombined with 2 years experience in leadership rolepreferred
- Competence in problemsolving and conflict resolution
- Works well on a team as well as independently
- Has impeccablecustomer serviceskills
- Exemplarytime management skills
- Ability to work late swing shifts if necessary
- Lead and support the CSR team
- Fill in as a CSR as needed; spend majority of time on the floor with CSR team
- Strategize with leadership team to improve hospital flow
- Resolve client issues and follow up with leadership team
- Complete expense reports
- Assist in training new hires/mentorship
- Assist with recruiting efforts
