Premier personal injury firm is growing their team! As a Social Security Disability Case Manager you will find rewarding work teaming up with other case managers and attorneys to move disability claims through the oftenlengthy filing process with the Social Security Administration.
Daily work includes:
Preparing applications and appeals
Ordering medical records
Submitting medical updates to administration
Utilizing various SSA websites to monitor the status of cases.
Interacting via phone with our clients medical providers and the team
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma
At least three years of customer service experience
Proficient with computers email and Google Drive
Must have the ability to work with patience and courtesy in customer relations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Quick thinker with the ability to multitask
Detail oriented with the ability to easily track documentation
Bilingual is a huge plus!
