About the Role
Were hiring a Tax Manager on behalf of our client a respected public accounting firm in Charlotte NC. This role is ideal for a licensed CPA with at least five years of public accounting experience who excels in tax planning compliance and building strong client relationships. Youll lead complex tax engagements and mentor junior professionals while working closely with firm leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tax returns for partnerships Scorporations Ccorporations and trusts
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning solutions tailored to client needs
- Manage client relationships and provide business advisory on tax risk and compliance
- Oversee staff assignments timelines and engagement deliverables
- Mentor train and support tax staff to ensure quality and team development
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of tax experience in public accounting
- CPA license required
- Experience in corporate partnership and trust tax compliance and strategy
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Lacerte QuickBooks BNA Tax Planner and CaseWare (preferred)
