Full time or part time
We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full time or part time in Dunbar PA. Ideally we are looking for a Physical Therapist who has a great work ethic loves helping others through personalized physical therapy regimens and enjoys working as a part of a team to deliver the highest level of care. Duties:
- Patient Consultationreview health and medical histories exam patients review pertinent medical records/imaging and reason for visit
- Consult with referring Physicians/Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed
- Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patients particular needs
- Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction modern modalities myofascial release/trigger point therapy techniques and activities of daily living
- Patient education on the benefits of PT the recovery process and the challenges they will face treatment plan maintenance and home exercises
- Documentation/progress notes accurate and timely records document treatments rendered in patient charts Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
- Collaboration with the team of healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
- Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude
- Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program (Masters or DPT preferred)
- PT License in PA
- Full time or Part time(MonFri) with potential for a 34day work week
- $45$55/hr or $94k$115k annually for full time
- PTO/Vacation 2 weeks
- Paid Malpractice insurance
- Continuing education stipend
- Health Insurance stipend
