Job Description
TGGhas partnered with aregional fullservice real estate group with five (5) regional offices based in Buffalo NY 14228. This group is seeking an experienced Property Manager with Accounting experience to add to their established team. The group has a portfolio of rental properties with management services new vertical builds and relocation services.
Day to Day Duties:
- Assisting with a portfolio of Three Thousand (3000) Rental Units.
- High volume Accounts Payables.
- Timely performance of Residents Close Outs
- High Volume Bank Reqs as each property is its own LLC.
Requirements:
- A Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a related field
- 23 years of Real Estate or Property Management Accounting experience
- Experience with Real Estate Software ( Appfolio RealPage).
- CAM experience would be a plus but is not required.
