Service Channel is seeking an experienced analyst to join our growing Marketplace Operations team. In this position you will be responsible for delivering analytical insights that track provider performance and client health both overall and on an individual basis. Youll utilize large data sets to detect client pain points within the work order cycle and deliver insights to key stakeholders that will enhance ServiceChannels understanding of provider performance. Youll collaborate with other parts of the organization to craft the next generation of internal and external reporting provide ad hoc analytical support based on individual client requests and enhance the Looker dashboard suite to deliver realtime client and provider updates.
Key Responsibilities
Develop next generation of custom reports to track client and provider performance
Leverage available data to identify root causes of challenging client and provider problems and partner with account leads to build datadriven solutions
Enhance the company playbook of data visualization tools (e.g. build new dashboards)
Derive trends and insights from large complex sets of data and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
Use broad set of KPIs to build and optimize highperforming provider networks for clients
Drive analytical knowledgebuilding initiatives (e.g. optimizing NTE amount determining the correct preventative maintenance cadence) and disseminate key insights
Operationalize the rollout of crossfunctional improvement initiatives with analytics and reporting solutions
Deliver ad hoc clientfacing analysis and reports with quick deadlines
Preferred Skills & Experience
Minimum of 34 years in analyticsbased role (e.g. analyst consulting operations finance)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize and analyze significant amounts of information with accuracy and attention to detail
Adept at queries report writing and presenting findings (strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel required / SQL and Looker experience a bonus)
Ability to tell a story using data and clearly communicate the why to whats happening
Selfstarter who is able to work independently and take on high level of ownership
Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional environment
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity in analysis
Intellectual curiosity to go deep into data identify trends and ask questions
Brings a positive attitude and is adaptive and responsive to feedback
