Clinic Wellness Veterinarian
Position Classification: Salary Exempt

Location: Northwest Spay & Neuter Center Tacoma WA

Northwest Spay & Neuter Center is expanding our wellness services and seeking a compassionate communityfocused Wellness Veterinarian to join our dedicated team. We offerfulltime and parttime roles with no night or weekend shifts allowing for true work/life balance.
About the Role:
As a Wellness Veterinarian youll play a vital role in providing preventative care vaccinations and minor illness management for companion animals in underserved communities. Youll work in a missiondriven environment supported by a seasoned technical staff with a focus on access to care and compassionate communication with pet owners.
What Youll Do:
Conduct physical exams administer vaccines and manage minor medical concerns
Educate clients on pet health nutrition and preventative care
Collaborate with an experienced team of LVTs assistants and client service associates
Support our broader mission of reducing pet overpopulation and improving animal welfare

Who Were Looking For:
  • DVM/VMD degree
  • Licensed (or able to be licensed) in Washington State
  • Strong interest in community medicine and access to care
  • Excellent communication and client education skills
  • Compassionate nonjudgmental approach to underserved pet owners
  • Ability to pass a preemployment drug screening and background check
