Job Description
Account Recovery Specialists Inc. (ARSI) a comprehensive receivables management company incorporated in Kansas serving clients locally and nationwide is seeking two energetic and organized Attorneys to join our team:
One position requires previous experience in the civil litigation field.
The other position will be entry level licensing is not required upon application or hire but must be obtained within 6 months. ARSI offers paid time off to study for the bar exam for those not yet licensed.
Responsibilities:
- Be Responsive
- Report to Chief Operating Officeremployee activity and departmental issues
- Provide leadership
- Be a daily source of knowledge for employees
- Motivate employees
- Represent mutual clients in civil lawsuits for collection of money due
- Be responsible for all specified duties assigned
