Job Description
Koch Companies is looking for an Application Developer whos ready to take ownership of highimpact projects that power our transportation warehousing and logistics build new tools from the ground up modernize existing systems and collaborate with a small experienced team to solve real business problems. This is a handson development role where youll code in C# MVC and modern web technologies with flexibility to learn and grow along the way. This role starts inoffice for onboarding and transitions to a hybrid schedule (3 days in 2 days remote) once youre up to speed.
Location: This position is onsite at our corporate office in Golden Valley MN Hybrid (after 90 days)

What youll do:
As an Application Developer youll:
- Lead significant development projects including rebuilding our customer site from the ground up.
- Develop API integrations for warehousing solutions.
- Create user interfaces for EDI systems.
- Write efficient and maintainable code using C# MVC HTML CSS JavaScript Angular and APIs.
- Collaborate with SQL DBAs to optimize data flows between applications and databases.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Contribute to the IT helpdesk oncall rotation (approximately 34 weeks per year).
- Stay current with industry standards and continually enhance your technical skills.
Knowledge and Skills to be successful:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3 years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency with C# MVC HTML CSS JavaScript Angular and SOAP/RESTful APIs.
- Experience working with SQL databases.
- Experience developing mobile or web applications
- Solid troubleshooting analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong problemsolving and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred but not required:
- Background in transportation or warehousing
- Project management experience.
- Programming certifications.

About the role
The salary grade for this position ranges from $85764.30 $125113.70 per annum. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications the targeted pay range for this role is $90000 $105000 (commensurate with experience).
