Job Description
A Group Operations Supervisor / Operations team lead / Regional Operations Supervisor is required to join an industry leader based in Florida.
The successful Group Operations Supervisor / Operations team lead / Regional Operations Supervisor will come from a previous supervisor or project management role with experience in programming designing and engineering control system hardware either Delta Alerton or KMC controls.

Group Operations Supervisor / Operations team lead / Regional Operations Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and daytoday leadership for the Construction Operations team.
- Champion the companys core values vision and longterm operational strategy.
- Lead efforts in recruiting mentoring and retaining toptier operations talent.
- Oversee the engineering startup commissioning and closeout of assigned projects.
- Drive departmental initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain overall fiscal responsibility across multiple projects ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate labor planning and resource allocation for the operations group.
- Conduct quarterly reviews and performance evaluations for direct reports.
- Develop and implement training and mentoring programs.
- Actively contribute to control system design programming and troubleshooting as needed.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Experience managing crossfunctional teams including engineers technicians and subcontractors.
- Solid understanding of electronics electrical circuits and DDC control theory.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and control system programming.
- Strong analytical thinking and decisionmaking capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Bachelors degree in engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- At least 5 years of experience in the building automation or HVAC controls industry.
- Proven experience in computer programming related to control systems.
- Deep understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems.
