This role will support a Vice President and her leadership team and work alongside a stellar team of administrative and legal professionals. Responsibilities for this position include a can do and positive attitude strong inclination to own willingness to take a leadership role within the team and help motivate team members propensity to think and plan ahead and manage time effectively capacity to attend to the details while keeping the broader picture in mind and ability to employ mechanisms to communicate information out to team members. The role reports to the VP and Associate General Counsel for Sustainability Procurement Real Estate and Regulatory who oversees a team of approximately 60 legal professionals.
This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing complex calendars and meeting scheduling with diplomacy and discretion.
Organizing executing and assisting with team activities including off sites.
Coordinating closely with other Executive Assistants within the Amazon community.
Helping other leaders on the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Ad hoc special projects.

Legalwide admin support when needed
Ad hoc support as needed with the ability to continually learn new areas
About the team
This role will support a team of legal professionals providing counsel to a broad range of business partners that support key functions within Amazon. Each of the businesses we support in turn provide crossfunctional support for Amazon. These businesses include the Companywide and global Sustainability Real Estate and Procurement functions as well as several compliance teams that mainly support our WW Operations including our Workplace Health and Safety Trade Environmental and Food Safety organizations. The work we do is varied and pivotal to the functioning of Amazon. We take our work very serious but have a lot of fun doing it and learning new things everyday.

3 years of senior level leadership support or 1 years of Amazon experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience in a fastpaced hightech company
Experience managing multiple calendars

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
